DHL Express - Tracked and Signed - 2-3 Days - £15.00 

USA and Canada Delivery: 

APG International Tracked - 8 business days - £14.00

Bahrain, Israel, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar & United Arab Emirates:

APG International Tracked - 8 business days - £10.00  

Australia & New Zealand:

Customs and Import Charges

You may be charged for handing fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Angel & Rocket has no control over these charges and are unable to tell you want the costs may be as they vary by destination.

Any import duty or charges on a parcel must be paid by the receiver. We would advise contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order.

We have partnered with APG and DHL to deliver your orders. This enables us to provide you with tracking during the delivery process.

Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours, Monday-Friday. Please note, there may be slight delays during Sale periods due to high levels of volume.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Christmas Returns Policy - Any purchases made between 10th October - 24th December can be returned up until 15th January 2023.

UK

If something is not quite right or you’ve changed your mind – returns are easy! Download our returns form here, complete and include a copy in your parcel. Request a pre-paid Royal Mail postage label here and attach to your parcel.

The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase, be in its original condition and with the swing ticket attached.

Exclusions apply: for hygiene, swimwear can only be returned with the hygiene strip still attached, face coverings can't be returned to us unless faulty.

Returns take up to 10 working days and you’ll be notified as soon as the refund has been processed.

Rest Of the World

If you are an international customer, please use a trusted courier to return to our address. Please ensure you get proof of postage.

Please note, Angel & Rocket will not accept items that have been worn, damaged or if the tags have been removed.
