Returns

If something’s not quite right or you’ve simply changed your mind, returns are easy!

Christmas Update: Returns have been extended for purchases made from November 1st — you can now return items until January 16th, after the Christmas period


Items must be sent back within 30 days of purchase and be in their original condition, with the swing ticket still attached. Please note: for hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned with the hygiene strip in place, and face coverings can’t be returned unless faulty.

Start Your Return

As an international customer, please use a trusted courier to return your parcel. You’ll need to cover the cost of return shipping and create your own return and address label. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so be sure to keep hold of your proof of postage.

We’ll let you know as soon as your return has been received. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear back on your original payment method.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
