Returns

If something isn't quite right, you can return your item within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be:

• In their original condition
• With swing tickets attached
• Swimwear must have the hygiene strip in place

Start Your Return

There’s no need to print a label - just use the easy QR code provided. A £7 charge will be deducted to cover the cost of the return. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so please keep hold of your proof of postage.

We’ll let you know as soon as we’ve received your return. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear back on your original payment method.

Return your Angel & Rocket items free of charge at any UK Next store.

Simply take your items into store – there's no need to bring the original parcel packaging or any return paperwork.
