Changed your mind? No problem. You can return your items within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be:

• In their original condition
• Unworn and with swing tickets attached
• Swimwear must have the hygiene strip in place

Return by post - £2.95
No printer needed – simply use the QR code provided.

Return with InPost - £3.50
Drop off at a convenient InPost location – no printer required.

Return at a Next store - FREE
Return your items free of charge at any UK Next store. No original parcel packaging or return paperwork needed.

Head to our returns portal to choose your preferred return method and follow the instructions provided.

Please note:

• Return charges will be deducted from your refund where applicable.
• If your country isn't listed, you'll need to arrange your own return using a courier.
• Please keep your proof of return until your return has been received.
• Your parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Refunds

We’ll let you know as soon as we’ve received your return. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear back on your original payment method.

If you return your items to a Next store, you’ll be given a receipt. Please keep hold of this as your proof of return.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
