Where can I see how many points I’ve earned?

Track your progress and maximise your rewards by checking your points balance at the top of your Friends of A&R account page. In the 'History' section, you'll find a detailed breakdown of the points you've already earned and the 'Ways to Earn' section shows you what activities you can complete to supercharge your journey towards your next money-off voucher.

How do I check my account activity?

Just head to the 'History' section on your account page. This will give you a full rundown of all your Friends of A&R adventures, including your purchases, sign-up activities, and redemptions.

Help! I placed an order but can’t see my points

Don’t panic! Your points will appear in your account after 30 days from the time you placed your order. So sit tight - they’ll be there before you know it!

How do I redeem my points?

Log in to your Friends of A&R account and visit the ‘Rewards’ section to view your points. Once you’ve earned 500 points, you can claim a £5— or save up 1000 points to enjoy £10 off, either as a code or directly at checkout.

Is there a way I can earn even more points?

We occasionally sprinkle some extra stardust on our rewards program with double and triple points promotions, so keep your eyes peeled!

How do I refer a friend?

Share the love in just a few clicks! Your unique referral link is waiting for you under the 'Refer' section of your Friends of A&R account.

Easily share your referral URL across various platforms directly from your account. When your friend clicks the link, they'll be whisked away to the Angel & Rocket website, where they'll receive an exclusive 20% discount code for a one-time purchase of over £30.

All they need to do is apply the discount at checkout and voila! Once their purchase is complete, you'll be rewarded with a generous 300 points towards your own vouchers. Good times all round!
