Our Returns Policy
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, be in their original condition and with the swing ticket attached. Exclusions apply, for hygiene reasons swimwear can only be returned with the hygiene strip still attached, and face coverings can't be returned to us unless faulty.
If something is not quite right or you’ve changed your mind – returns are easy!
Create your returns label here. Our paperless option is not only easy for you but better for the planet! There is no longer a need to print a label, just an easy QR code. £1.95 will be taken from your refund to cover the costs of your return.
Returns can take up to 10 working days to be processed from the time of its arrival back to us. You’ll be notified when we receive the return and as soon as the refund has been processed.
Rest Of the World
If you are an international customer, please use a trusted courier to return your parcel. International customers are responsible for the cost of their own return. Click here to complete a returns form and create an address label to attach to the parcel.
As the package remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, please retain proof of postage.
You’ll be notified as soon as we have received your return, please allow up to 10 workings days for a refund to be credited back to your payment method.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
