Returns

Changed your mind? No problem. You can return your items within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be:

• In their original condition
• Unworn and with swing tickets attached
• Swimwear must have the hygiene strip in place

Start Your Return

There’s no need to print a label - just use the easy QR code provided. A £2.95 charge will be deducted to cover the cost of the return. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so please keep hold of your proof of postage.

We’ll let you know as soon as we’ve received your return. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear back on your original payment method.

Head to our returns portal to choose your preferred return method and follow the instructions provided.

Please note:

• Return charges will be deducted from your refund where applicable.
• If your country isn't listed, you'll need to arrange your own return using a courier.
• Please keep your proof of return until your return has been received.
• Your parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
